PUEXTRU MONO (Mono-solvent inks)

Mono-solvent inks specially designed for solvent recovery plants. The single solvent in the ink & to dilute the ink and recovers highest possible solvents. The cost of printing is the lowest and directly related to the percentage of solvent one can recover. With a long-term investment of a solvent recovery plant, the efficiency is unprecedented.

VENTILATOR INKS (Gives extra life to your cylinder)

Specially designed PU inks which are capable of giving good print when your cylinder has lost its life & is no more usable. These inks put life in your cylinder & allows you to complete your order.

PUEXTRU AL (Vinyl Free inks)

Vinyl-free alcohol-based inks. Alcohol is an agriculture-based product. Vinyl is a type of PVC resin. PVC RESIN (VINYL/ CPP RESIN) used in inks releases HCL during its mechanical and chemical recycling process. HCl induces degradation of recycled material and corrodes metal parts used in recycling affecting machines, piping and reactors. When vinyl resin is incinerated, it releases dioxins into the environment which are highly toxic chemicals that can cause cancer and other health problems in humans. So, The Circular Economy for Flexible Packaging (KEFLEX) has taken an initiative to collaborate with over 180 European companies, associations and organizations & is working on banning PVC resin based inks in flexible packaging.

MIRACLE-LAM NTNK (Competes with regular Vinyl /Toluene based inks)

It’s a miracle that those who could not afford to use PU inks earlier can use them now. One has to use BOPP ADDITIVE to use these inks to print the same on BOPP. These inks are specially designed for Vinyl Cylinders. USP of these inks is you can use these inks for food packaging without Toluene  as a reducing solvent and use Toluene in these inks for non-food packaging like soap & detergents etc. These inks can be modified further for PU CYLINDERS also.

Apart from these inspiring inks, we also provide conventional NT & NTNK PU inks. All the above inks are our differentiating products and are not available with the best of the ink make of the shelves. You can try any product from the above range at your convenience.
